Lindsey Graham Did WHAT With Fani Willis?!

(DCWatchdog.com) – A high-profile Republican betrayal of Donald Trump is now being alleged by a new book and a pro-left news outlet, claiming that GOP US Senator Lindsey Graham hugged scandalous Georgia DA Fani Willis after testifying in her 2020 election fraud case against the former president.

According to the allegations, Graham (R-SC) showed unexpected support for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is leading the prosecution against former President Donald Trump.

Willis secured an indictment against Trump and several other individuals on August 19, encompassing 41 charges.

These charges allege a criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia and the submission of fraudulent documents.

Graham, initially involved in Trump’s efforts but later acknowledging Joe Biden’s election victory, appeared before the grand jury on November 22, 2022.

During his testimony, he reportedly denounced Trump and sought to embrace Willis afterward.

These allegations have been reported by Politico, a pro-left news outlet, citing a chapter from a book entitled, “Find Me the Votes: A Hard-Charging Georgia Prosecutor, a Rogue President, and the Plot to Steal an American Election.”

The book is written by Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidmanin

According to the book and the Politico report, Graham expressed relief after his testimony.

“That was so cathartic…I feel so much better,” the GOP senator allegedly told Willis.

He also thanked her for the chance “to tell his story” and then attempted to hug her.

A witness described this interaction as awkward, with Willis appearing indifferent, Politico noted.

“‘She was like, “Whatever, dude,’” the witness said, according to the book.

In his grand jury testimony, Graham also reportedly criticized Trump’s personality, insinuating that Trump was both dishonest in golf and credulous.

“Graham testified that if you told Trump ‘That Martians came and stole the election, he’d probably believe you,” Isikoff and Klaidmanin wrote.

Graham’s spokesperson, Kevin Bishop, denied the authors’ claims.

“Senator Graham never spoke with the authors and what they are selling is pretty much total and complete BS,” wrote Kevin Bishop, a spokesperson for Graham.

“At the end of the day, this is all just trash for left wing cash. Senator Graham has no problem with his testimony being made public and he is not scheduled to be a witness in the trial,” the official added.
