CNN Stunned By Trump Poll (Video)

( – In a remarkable admission about the leftist propaganda’s failure to sway Americans, CNN host Jim Acosta has expressed his amazement regarding a recent poll that indicated a majority of voters view former President Donald Trump’s administration as successful.

The poll, conducted by CNN, revealed that 55% of Americans considered Trump’s presidency a success—a notable shift from January 2021, when the same percentage deemed it a failure.

During a segment on “CNN Newsroom With Jim Acosta,” he characterized it as “extraordinary” that some voters recall Trump’s tenure favorably, especially in light of the significant number of fatalities during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.

“The other thing that’s in that poll is it shows that a lot of Americans view Donald Trump’s presidency as a success, which is extraordinary given the fact that a million people died from COVID,” Acosta stated, cited by The Daily Caller.

“Based on this poll, if the election were held today, Donald Trump would go from the courthouse to the White House. No questions asked,” reacted CNN political commentator Alice Stewart.

The poll also touched on the current perceptions of President Joe Biden’s administration, noting that over 60% of voters now believe Biden’s term has been a failure thus far—an increase from 57% in January 2022.

“[Trump’s] presidency ended with an insurrection at the Capitol,” Acosta alleged.

He then posed a question to Democratic strategist Maria Cardona about the effectiveness of the Democratic Party’s messaging.

“Maria, how is it that the Democrats have not been able to get that message across to voters and that they can’t break through this short-term memory?” he asked.

Further corroborating the shift in public opinion, a recent New York Times/Siena College survey highlighted that voters are more approving of Trump’s presidency now than in the fall of 2020.

The survey noted increased margins in approval on issues such as the economy, law and order, immigration, and pandemic management.

Additionally, a CBS News/YouGov survey reported that 46% of registered voters rated Trump’s term as “good” or “excellent.”

This contrasted sharply with the 33% who rated Biden’s presidency the same way.

A panel of undecided voters from Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, featured on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” unanimously agreed that Trump’s economic policies would be more beneficial for their families when asked about their preferences.
