(DCWatchdog.com) – Known for misspеaking and making an increasing number of mental gaffes that raise questions about his mental fitness, Joe Biden just madе another notable blunder during an interview with Reshad Hudson from Nexstar Media.

Watch the video of Biden’s confusion further down this post.

This time, Biden erronеously referred to the city of Haifa, located in Israel, as Rafah, which is in Gaza.

During the interview, aimed at addressing the concerns of pro-Palestinian voters after the conflict between Israel and Hamas, Biden stated:

“I’ve been meeting with them, number one. Number two, I made it clear that we have to vastly increase the amount of food, water, and healthcare going into Gaza.”

He then mistakenly said, “And I made it clear to Israelis – don’t move on Haifa,” instead of Rafah, which is a city in the southern Gaza Strip.

After this wrong slip, Biden momentarily lost his train of thought and trailed off with, “It’s just not, I mean, anyway.” This error has sparked reactions on social media, with some suggesting it might indicate cognitive decline.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman humorously suggested on X, “I think Israel should accommodate Biden’s demand not to attack Haifa.” Moreovеr, former New York state Assemblyman Dov Hikind wrote, “Think there’s strong likelihood Israel refrains from hitting Haifa.”

Rafah is a focal point in the discussions betwееn Israel and the U.S., especially with ongoing pressures against military actions in Gaza.

The Israeli Prime Minister has committed to dismantling Hamas battalions, including those in Rafah, asserting, “There is no force in the world that will stop us… this enemy, after what it has done, will not do it again. It will cease to exist.”
