Georgia Judge Promises THIS for Trump Case?!

(DCWatchdog.com) – Hours before Donald Trump was slapped with a new Democrat-led indictment, a Georgia state judge promised the former president: that cameras would be allowed to film the moments he would be indicted and arranged and, presumably, during the trial.

The promise came from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who presided over the grand jury’s actions at the Fulton County Courthouse in Atlanta, Georgia.

McBurney’s promise on Monday came hours before the grand jury indicted Trump and 18 other defendants for allegedly trying to overturn the results from the 2020 presidential election in the state.

The indictment was initiated by the Democrat DA of Fulton County, Fani Willis.

“If a grand jury presents an indictment, that’s usually in the afternoon, and you can film and photograph that,” McBurney told reporters in his courtroom during an unrelated case, without mentioning Trump.

Willis presented to a grand jury nearby on Monday. Later in the day, she announced that “the Fulton County grand jury returned a full bill of indictment” against 19 individuals, including the 45th president of the United States.

The indictment features a total of 41 charges over what Willis said was a “racketeering conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome” of the 2020 election in Georgia.

Besides Trump, the Fulton County indictment also targets his former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and his lawyers, John Eastman and former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

The leftist DA declared that Trump and the other 18 defendants had a deadline until noon EST on August 25 to “voluntary surrender,” as cited by CNN.

The frontrunner for the 2024 Republican nomination slammed Willis for her politically motivated persecution against him.

“This politically-inspired indictment, which could have been brought close to three years ago, was tailored for placement right smack in the middle of my political campaign,” Trump told Fox News.

He blasted Willis, telling her to “focus on the people that rigged the 2020 presidential election, not those who demand an answer as to what happened.”

“Just like she has allowed Atlanta to go to hell with all of its crime and violence, so too has Joe Biden allowed the United States of America to go to the same place with millions of people invading our country, inflation, bad economy, no energy, and lack of respect all over the world,” Trump declared.

“This is an affront to American Democracy and does permanent, irrevocable harm to our justice system. It’s just the next chapter in a book of lies with the purpose of framing President Donald Trump and anyone willing to take on the ruling regime,” Rudy Giuliani reacted in turn in his own statement.

“The real criminals here are the people who have brought this case forward both directly and indirectly,” he stated.
