Biden Spent 37% of 2023 WHERE?!

(DCWatchdog.com) – Proving the critics and the so-called ‘haters’ right, a new report shows Joe Biden opted to take a significant amount of time away from the White House, spending a notable portion of the year at various retreats and vacation spots.

According to a New York Post analysis of public records, Biden was found to be away from Washington, D.C., for a total of 138 days, or 37% of the year. This figure includes time spent at his Delaware residences, luxurious vacation destinations, and the presidential retreat at Camp David.

Throughout the year, Biden allocated 22 days, including travel, to official vacations.

These breaks were spent at his homes in Delaware or in scenic locales such as St. Croix, Lake Tahoe, or Nantucket. Additionally, the President spent 26 days at Camp David, excluding two days designated for preparing and attending a trilateral summit.

The 2023 figure for Biden’s time away from the White House marks a slight decrease from the previous year, where he spent over 38% of the time at similar locations.

The New York Post’s report on Biden’s absences follows previous coverage by Breitbart News in August 2022, which highlighted his record of spending 150 days in Delaware within the first 18 months of his presidency.

To provide context, the report compares Biden’s time away with that of his predecessors. Former President Donald Trump spent 132 days at his properties, such as Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster.

In contrast, former President Barack Obama took only 38 days during his presidency for vacations at rental properties in Hawaii or Martha’s Vineyard. Former President George W. Bush, meanwhile, spent 100 days at his Texas ranch over his entire presidential tenure.

This pattern of Biden seeking respite from the demands of the presidency in various retreats has been a notable aspect of his time in office, drawing comparisons and scrutiny regarding presidential time management.
