(DCWatchdog.com) – In a pathetic new Democrat outburst, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has accused President Donald Trump of putting U.S. democracy at risk, calling him a “lawless, angry man.”

This claim has stirred significant debate as it echoes deep concerns about governmental overreach and a potential constitutional crisis.
Schumer made these statements during an appearance on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
He did not hold back his criticism, suggesting Trump believes he should have the authority similar to a king.
According to Schumer, Trump expects judges to follow his commands rather than adhere to the law.
Schumer said, “And democracy is at risk. Look, Donald Trump is a lawless, angry man. He thinks he should be king. He thinks he should do whatever he wants, regardless of the law, and he thinks judges should just listen to him.”
These strong words came after Trump criticized U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg, who had ruled against his administration in a case regarding the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members.
Many see this as another example of Trump’s unruly conduct, seemingly defying the court’s authority by calling for the impeachment of judges opposed to his policies.
Donald Trump denied any accusations of defying court orders.
Schumer argued that the President’s actions frequently challenge judicial decisions, raising concerns over a constitutional crisis where the Constitution fails to resolve political conflicts.
Trump’s critics worry that his rhetoric is aimed at undermining the judiciary, while the President and White House officials allege that judges often exceed their powers.
“Now we have to fight that back in every single way. And we actually have had over 100 cases in the courts where we’ve had a very good record of success. So Donald Trump, infuriated by that success, said judges should be impeached,” Schumer declared, cited by The Hill.
Despite Trump’s ongoing criticism, Schumer emphasized the necessity of resisting any attempts to undermine the courts.
He highlighted how the Democrats have filed numerous successful lawsuits challenging Trump’s executive actions, further intensifying the power struggle between the executive branch and the judiciary.
Schumer also warned that Trump’s actions could potentially lead the country further into a constitutional crisis.
Meanwhile, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts condemned Trump’s call for judge impeachment as inappropriate, showing that even among conservative circles, Trump’s approach is facing resistance.
Roberts’ criticism adds to the debate about Trump’s influence and control over different facets of the government.
Schumer’s remarks showcase a landscape filled with tension between Democrat leaders and Trump, a figure who has always sparked varied reactions across the political spectrum.
