(DCWatchdog.com) – During an interview on Fox News, former President Donald Trump stated that he believes windmills used as a form of alternative energy — so-called green energy — are killing bald eagles here in the United States of America.

If true, that is certainly an emotional issue as the bald eagle is one of the most significant and most potent symbols of the strength and independence of the United States.
“Windmills…they’re killing eagles, they’re killing the bald eagle and other eagles and other birds. And we have these windmills all over the place. And these environmentalists pretend they love ’em. But they’re really hurting our country. They’re driving down values. They’re just absolutely killing us. One of the most expensive forms of energy. The turbines are all made in China or Germany. So, they get the advantage of that…”
