Trump Allies Subpoenaed by January 6th Committee

( – Breaking Now: Just moments ago, it was announced that the House Special Investigative Committee appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to investigate the riot that took place at the United States Capitol Complex on January 6th of this year has issued subpoenas to numerous associates and political allies of former President Donald J. Trump demanding both documents and testimony under oath before the committee.

According to the conservative publication National Review, “The committee chairman, Representative Bennie Thompson (D., Miss.), announced that subpoenas were issued for former Trump campaign manager William Stepien, senior adviser Jason Miller, and former national executive assistant to the campaign Angela McCallum.”

Additionally, committee subpoenas were served upon Trump’s first national security adviser Michael Flynn, prominent conservative attorney John Eastman, and former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, who reportedly obtained and paid for hotel rooms in Washington, D.C., that Trump’s associates and allies used as “election-related command centers.”
