(DCWatchdog.com) – President Joe Biden is increasingly losing the trust and confidence of critically important groups of voters, particularly women, of whom only a little over one-third still say they approve of his performance, according to a fresh Fox News public opinion poll.
A whopping 57% of women polled by Fox News said they disapprove of the job that Biden has been doing as President of the United States.
Only 42% of the critical demographic still approves of the Democrat president, Fox News Sunday reported, revealing the survey’s results.
The results indicate that an increasing number of women are turning away from Biden as the multiple crises hitting the nation – from Bidenflation to several foreign policy failures – are either worsening or dragging on.
Apart from women, other key voter groups where the president is seeing his approval plummeting are independents – with 27% approval and 72% disapproval; adults under 30 – 38% approval and 60% disapproval; moderates – 39% approval and 61% disapproval; and black voters – 64% approval and 36% disapproval.
The Fox News poll found that among Democrat voters, a total of 72% still approve of Joe Biden’s job performance over the 1.5 years since he took office, while 22% disapprove.
Overall, a majority of those surveyed disapproved of Biden’s performance on individual policy issues, with inflation topping the list with the most negative views.
Thus, 73% of the respondents said they disapprove of what he has done on inflation, and 68% disapprove of his policies on the economy as a whole.
A majority of 61% also view negatively his policies on immigration, which have been dominated by the illegal immigration crisis at the Southern Border.
Biden’s policy on guns is met with disapproval by 59% on guns, 57% disapprove of his energy policy, and 55% see his handling of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as a failure.
The Democrat president has also scored the lowest approval rating on the economy of any president in the past almost ten years, at only 17%.
The Fox News poll was carried out among 1,001 registered US voters nationwide between July 10 and July 13 and has a margin of error of 3 percentage points.
