(DCWatchdog.com) – In a staggering complication and humiliation for Kamala Harris and the Democrat presidential campaign, several relatives of her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, have dropped a bomb by openly declaring their support for the Republican nominee, Donald Trump.

This revelation was highlighted through a photograph shared by Charles Herbster, a former Republican candidate for governor in Nebraska, Breitbart News reports.
The image featured several individuals donned in blue t-shirts emblazoned with the phrase, “Nebraska Walz’s for Trump.”
The individuals sporting the pro-Trump apparel in the photograph are connected to Governor Walz through his extended family lineage, specifically linked to the descendants of his grandfather’s brother.
This familial connection was confirmed by a spokesperson who spoke to the Daily Mail.
In a striking quote from the social media post that accompanied the photo, Governor Walz expressed his dismay about the political landscape, stating, “We’ve just become a third-world banana republic.”
Amidst the family endorsements for Trump, a suggestion was made to Walz to reconcile with his brother, a relationship that has notably been strained.
Walz disclosed that he has not communicated with his brother in nearly a decade.
Jeff Walz, the brother in question, echoed this sentiment in a social media comment, saying, “Haven’t spoke to him in 8 years. I’m opposed to all his ideology. My family wasn’t given any notice [that] he was selected and denied security the days after.”
Another family member urged Governor Walz to align publicly with Trump by making a stage appearance to endorse him.
In response, Jeff Walz conveyed his internal conflict about the situation, remarking, “I’ve thought hard about doing something like that. I’m torn between that and just keeping my family out of it. The stories I could tell. Not the type of character you want making decisions about your future.”
Governor Walz hails from a family of three siblings: Sandy Dietrich, Jeff Walz, and the late Craig Walz.
Sandy currently resides in Nebraska, while Jeff lives in Florida.
The family faced a tragedy when Craig Walz passed away in June 2016. He died during a camping trip at Duncan Lake when a severe storm swept through the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and Cook County, resulting in a fatal accident where a tree fell on his campsite, as reported by KARE11 News.
