(DCWatchdog.com) – Leftist network ABC News’ host Joy Behar viciously attacked Texas GOP Governor Greg Abbott by calling him a “sadist” for trying to beat back the illegal immigrant invasion through the Southern Border.
Behar, a co-host of “The View,” was discussing the Biden Justice Department’s plan to sue Abbott for putting a floating buoy border barrier in the Rio Grande to prevent Third World illegal immigrants and Mexican drug cartels from continuing to invade Texas and the United States.
“The thing about Abbott is, he is a sadist. I looked up the word sadist, it’s a person who derives pleasure, sometimes sexual gratification – I don’t think that’s his problem – from inflicting pain, suffering or humiliation on others,” the far-left co-host declared.
She slammed the Texas governor over a law that she claimed deprived construction workers “of their right to water breaks every four hours and time to rest in the shade.”
“He has a sadistic streak. And the people in Texas could have had Beto O’Rourke and they passed on him and put the sadist in there, and they need to think about that in Texas,” Behar added, as cited by The New York Post.
The View co-host’s nasty criticism of Abbott came after the Republican governor defied the Biden administration’s demands to remove the Rio Grande barrier.
“[Texas] has the sovereign authority to defend our border, under the US Constitution and the Texas Constitution. We have sent the Biden Administration numerous letters detailing our authority, including the one I hand-delivered to President Biden earlier this year,” Abbott wrote on Twitter.
Another co-host of The View, Sunny Hostin, followed up after Behar by arguing that Abbott should concentrate on gun violence in his state.
“Fine, there is a problem at the border. There’s been an immigration problem in this country that hasn’t been solved in decades… However, unlawful entries along the southern border decreased 70% from their record highs since the end of Title 42 on May 11th, 70%,” Hostin said.
She claimed that Abbott was tackling an issue that was “already declining,” but he should instead be “worrying about the gun violence that’s in Texas.”
Some 7 million illegal migrants have invaded the US since Biden took over the White House 2.5 years ago, including about 2 million gotaways.
