(DCWatchdog.com) – In a new gaffe for the Bidens, Hunter Biden’s wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, went ballistic during Hunter’s gun trial by going to a former adviser of Donald Trump, Garrett Ziegler, and calling him a “Nazi piece of s***.”
Melissa Cohen Biden verbally confronted Ziegler on Tuesday amid the ongoing federal trial of Hunter Biden concerning firearm charges, The New York Post reports.
During a recess, she approached Ziegler, who is associated with the conservative organization Marco Polo known for disseminating data from Hunter Biden’s lost laptop.
“You have no right to be here, you Nazi piece of s–t,” Cohen Biden told the former Trump aide, as reported by NBC News.
Ziegler, who was returning to the Wilmington, Delaware, courtroom, did not reply to her accusatory remark.
Hunter Biden initiated a legal battle against Ziegler in a California federal court last September.
The lawsuit accuses him of breaching state computer fraud and data statutes by unauthorized access to vast quantities of Hunter’s personal data, including “tens of thousands of emails, thousands of photos, and dozens of videos and recordings.”
“It’s sad I’ve been sitting here the whole time and haven’t approached anyone. For the record, I’m not a Nazi, I’m a believer in the US Constitution. I haven’t said one thing to them,” Ziegler remarked to NBC News.
He justified his presence at the trial as necessary and criticized Hunter’s lawsuit against him as “completely frivolous and Hunter should focus on paying his attorneys.”
The lawsuit further alleges that Ziegler, along with ten other unidentified individuals, engaged in extensive unauthorized activities involving Hunter’s digital files.
These actions reportedly include accessing, tampering with, and damaging data they did not own.
This data, which comprises financial and banking details of Hunter Biden, was stored on his iPhone and additionally backed up to iCloud, accessed through the bypassing of security measures designed to block such intrusions.
After the incident, Cohen Biden refrained from commenting on her earlier outburst when questioned by a reporter from the Post as she walked back into the courtroom with her husband post the break.
