(DCWatchdog.com) – Happening Now: In a potentially explosive development that caught even senior members of the former Trump presidential administration off guard, Politico has broken the news that a documentary film crew filmed former President Donald J. Trump, Trump’s adult children, and former Vice President Mike Pence before and after the January 6, 2021, attack on the United States Capitol.
Additionally, the United States House of Representatives January 6 Committee has subpoenaed the documentarian’s film, and the documentarian is cooperating.
The only unanswered aspect of the development is whether the film crew filmed Trump on January 6 during the attack.
The film crew does have footage of the actual attack on the Capitol.
The subpoena demands the following from the documentarian:
- Raw footage from January 6, 2021.
- Raw footage of interviews from September 2020 to present with Trump, Pence, DONALD TRUMP JR., IVANKA TRUMP, ERIC TRUMP and JARED KUSHNER.
- Raw footage “pertaining to discussions of election fraud or election integrity surrounding the November 2020 presidential election.”
