(DCWatchdog.com) – Happening Now: Just moments ago, reports from various outlets indicate that United States Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will retire and step down from the Court.
This will allow President Joe Biden to replace Breyer with a liberal. However, it is expected that Senate Republicans will do everything in their power to stall a vote on Biden’s selection until after the upcoming Senate elections in November.
