Biden Caught in MASSIVE Lie

Joe Biden

( – Further showcasing he is not mentally fit to serve, Joe Biden recently found himself in an awkward situation after he was publicly corrected about his false claims regarding a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling.

Biden had asserted that the ruling granted former President Donald Trump immunity for his official acts in Congress and that it effectively meant there were “virtually no limits on what a president can do.”

However, the renowned constitutional expert and law professor at George Washington University, Jonathan Turley, disputed Biden’s claims, as he claimed that Biden’s statement was not accurate.

Turley explained that while Biden has previously made false statements about the Constitution, “an address of this kind is particularly concerning in misleading citizens on the meaning of one of the most important decisions in history.”

Moreover, he clarified that the court took a “middle road” approach to Trump’s claim of immunity, and Biden’s assertions were simply “not true.”

Turley stated that “the court found that there was absolute immunity for actions that fall within their ‘exclusive sphere of constitutional authority’ while they enjoy presumptive immunity for other official acts. They do not enjoy immunity for unofficial, or private, actions.”

In fact, Turley noted that the court “separated cases into actions taken in core areas of executive authority, official actions taken outside those core areas, and unofficial actions. Actions deemed personal or unofficial are not protected under this ruling.”

Turley also pointed out the irony in Biden’s “hyper-ventilated response,” given that he was vice president during the Obama administration’s implementation of the “kill list” policy, which allowed for the targeted killing of American citizens without trial or charge.

Furthermore, Turley disputed Biden’s claim that “the law would no longer” define “the limits of the presidency,” stating that this was also “untrue.”

He highlighted that Biden’s portrayal of himself as a champion of constitutional fealty was misleading, given his track record of violating the Constitution in several instances.

It included issues of racial discrimination in federal programs, the nationwide eviction moratorium through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and his plan to transfer the burden of student debt from borrowers to taxpayers.
