Partnering with Cameron Roxburgh and Carter Fulcher, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. is set to redefine luxury living across Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

Barron Trump is taking a page from his father’s playbook by stepping into the real estate arena with Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc.

At 18 years old, Barron is poised to carve out his niche in the high-end property sector.

The company’s focus is on prestigious properties and golf courses in some of America’s most beautiful landscapes: Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

Despite his young age, Barron is no stranger to responsibility.

He has been an active participant behind the scenes, including advising during Donald Trump’s successful 2024 presidential campaign.

His strategic acumen was highlighted as he “brought in so many young people,” according to Melania Trump, reflecting his grasp of modern media and youthful audiences.

However, Barron is not doing this alone. His partners are equally impressive.

Cameron Roxburgh is a high school classmate, while Carter Fulcher brings luxury real estate expertise to the table.

Fulcher’s family owns a significant luxury real estate business, and connections to Idaho Congressman Russ Fulcher add to the venture’s credentials.

Still, Congressman Fulcher is not directly involved in the business.

“Roxburgh added the new firm will be a high-end real estate development company with properties and golf courses in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho,” said Cameron Roxburgh, cited by WRE News.

Initially incorporated in Wyoming, the firm was dissolved shortly after before it could attract excessive media scrutiny during Donald Trump’s campaign comeback.

Nonetheless, plans are already in motion for a relaunch in the spring of 2025.

The partners are actively “working out logistics, and might relaunch”, underscoring their commitment to making this venture a success, reports The New York Post.

The principal office of Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. is fittingly based at the iconic Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, linking this new venture to the establishment that the Trump family calls home.

This connection may serve to reassure potential investors of the company’s potential for growth and prestige.

Donald Trump himself has offered private advice to Barron, but reportedly has no direct role in the daily operations.

Balancing college life with business, Barron is currently a freshman at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

As a student, he splits his time between New York City and his duties with the firm, while his past efforts in his father’s campaign hint at his capability to make significant impacts at a young age.

Ultimately, this venture may not only secure Barron’s position within the family legacy but may also set a new standard in luxury real estate.
