(DCWatchdog.com) – Dismissing the gravity of the situation, the wife of a former impeachment witness against GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump in 2019 has made a disgusting Democrat comment about Trump’s second assassination attempt yesterday.

“No ears were harmed. Carry on with your Sunday afternoon,” Alexander Vindman’s wife Rachel Vindman posted on X.

This comment did not sit well with GOP strategist Chris LaCivita, who urged condemnation from the candidate, though he mistakenly thought Alexander Vindman was running for Congress.

“Her husband …a candidate for VA 7 …should condemn immediately,” LaCivita wrote, confusing Alexander with his brother Eugene Vindman, who is actually running for the open seat in Virginia’s 7th District.

Alexander Vindman did not hold back in his response. “I condemn you. I condemn your lack of integrity, your attacks on immigrants, your desecration of Arlington National Cemetery,” he posted, accusing Trump’s supporters of fueling violence.

“Your candidate @realDonaldTrump has incited political violence for a decade. He could reduce the temperature of this election cycle. But you MAGA thrive on bullying. Fact is you are all weak,” he added.

Meanwhile, Rachel Vindman doubled down on her earlier post. “Sorry you’re triggered. I mean no I’m not. I don’t care a little bit,” she wrote.

She continued, “Trump has been inciting violence against his enemies for years. He douses a situation in gasoline, lights a match, & walks away claiming no responsibility…”

On the contrary, Conservative and Republican critics lashed out at Rachel’s comments. “The family of Corey Conperatore would like a word with Rachel Vindman,” Hugh Hewitt, a conservative radio host, responded.

Representative Mike Lawler (R-NY) added, “This [is] precisely what is wrong with our politics today. Your brother-in-law is running to be a member of Congress and you’re making light of political assassination attempts? Good grief.”

Furthermore, Mike Berg, National Republican Senatorial Committee spokesman, criticized Biden for hosting Rachel Vindman at the White House. “Joe Biden met with this deranged lunatic at the White House,” he posted.
