AOC: It’s ‘Mass Inhumanity’ (VIDEO)

( – In baffling and disturbing comments, far-left US Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has danced around the typical radical leftist stance of accusing US ally Israel of “genocide” against Palestinian Arabs in Gaza – and has instead invented a bizarre new term: “mass inhumanity.”

Speaking on the NBC News program “Meet the Press” on Sunday (see the video below), Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), also known as AOC, said there was a severe crisis in the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Islamist terrorist group Hamas.

On October 7, Hamas invaded Israel and sadistically slaughtered over 1,400 people there and kidnapped around 240 others.

AOC was asked by NBC anchor Kristen Welker whether accusing President Joe Biden of aiding “genocide” against the Palestinian Arabs by supporting Israel went “too far.”

In response, she pointed out that such accusations are indicative of the younger generation’s being “appalled” at the casualties in Gaza.

She referenced a preliminary ruling by the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which underscored Israel’s responsibility to minimize civilian casualties in Gaza.

ICJ President Joan Donoghue declared in the ruling that Israel must actively work to prevent and penalize any direct and public incitement to commit genocide against Palestinians.

“I believe that they are they are — they’re still determining it. But in the interim ruling, the fact that they said there’s a responsibility to prevent it, the fact that this word is even in play, the fact that this word is even in our discourse, I think demonstrates the mass inhumanity that Gazans are facing,” AOC said.

Furthermore, Ocasio-Cortez highlighted recent polling data that reveals a growing American concern about the potential genocide in Gaza.

According to a YouGov/The Economist poll, half of the voters who supported Biden in 2020 believe the Israeli government is perpetrating a genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

“And so whether you are an individual that believes this is a genocide, which by the way, in our polling, we are seeing large amounts of Americans concerned specifically with that word. So I don’t think that it is something to completely toss someone out of our public discourse for using,” AOC declared.

“But I think what we are seeing here is that the Netanyahu government has lost public support and that we have a responsibility to protect the human rights and humanity of Gazans and hostages alike in the area,” she said.

According to the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry, over 26,000 have died there since the war began.
